Our coworking product is identical to the offering of our Private Office customers, including the ability to register your business at our address and have your mail professionally handled. The only difference is a dedicated desk in a shared suite.

Our coworking customers can upgrade to a private office at anytime, just speak to our team of experts who will be able to assist.

Both are industry terms, our coworkers have a dedicated desk in our shared coworking room which is reserved for them and cannot be used by anyone else. Every unallocated desk is able to be hot-desked by the hour/half-day/full day or week.

All our coworkers enjoy the same high-quality, professional coworking furniture as our Private Office customer. This includes ergonomically designed office chairs, desks and also lockable storage.

Our licensed coworkers enjoy the same 24/7 benefits as our private office customers. Coworkers not on a license are only able to use the centre during business operating hours. Speak to our management team for further details.

There is a fair use policy. If the room is being used predominantly by a single business and this is having a detrimental impact to other coworkers, our management team may see if you would prefer to move to a private space.

We pride ourselves on our transparency. There is a one-off activation fee which covers everything from setup to creating company branded signage to display on your desk. We charge a one-off fully refundable deposit which equates to one months license fee (minus VAT).
