We are pleased to launch our first ever centre in London, bringing 900 workstations to the growing serviced office market. FigFlex London at 18 King William Street is our eighth UK location and largest centre to-date.

The launch has seen us become the anchor tenant at FI Real Estate Management‚ landmark 18 King William Street, which has recently undergone a major £3m refurbishment programme. Already almost 70% pre let with a mixture of established SMEs and multinationals, we have provided a range of bespoke solutions for new occupiers to suit hybrid working models.

Formerly named Monument House, 18 King William Street was built in 1983 and is located next to the new Bank Station entrance and Monument tube. The flagship building includes 50,000 sq ft of office space across seven floors, where our London centre will offer our trademark mix of serviced offices, meeting rooms and coworking spaces.
